It’s All About Connection
Welcome to The Connection Dance Project!!!
Formerly MPower Dance Workshops — The Connection Dance Project is an in-studio convention experience founded on the concept that the training we receive IN the dance studio directly prepares us for success in our lives OUTside of it. The lessons and skills we learn — work ethic, perseverance, creativity, decision making and freedom of expression — are key to building successful and fulfilling lives, wherever the journey takes you!

-Julie Freundel-Dressler (Parent)
“The instructors are amazing! They are outstanding, kind, funny, supportive and very giving to all of the students and families. It's very clear that they love what they do and take great joy in nurturing a new generation of young artists. The teaching philosophy is more than how to be a great dancer. The approach is holistic in nature and encourages all students to love and embrace themselves and each other, and to feel confident that what they have and who they are in the world is enough, and is wonderful.”
